RDO 302 ES
Is a unique product developed for all types of drilling where rock drill oils are used, such as D.T.H., air tracks percussive drills, casing drivers and top hammers.
RDO 302 ES reduces the potential of environmental damage during mining production, mineral exploration, construction and quarrying. It has proprietary lubricating compounds that are not washed off by moisture, thus offering protection when drilling with water. Rust does not develop on internal parts when the hammer is not used.
RDO 302 ES has a special filming additive that prevents piston scuffing and heat build up. Purchase of internal hammer parts is reduced dramatically. It has a viscosity that allows the lubricant to flow freely to areas requiring lubrication. RDO 302 ES is particularly suitable for drilling uncontaminated water wells and monitor wells.
Hole Control (HI-TECH 100-50)
A unique cost-saving fluid formulated to speed-up hole-collaring, reduce collar sloughing and stabilize the total blasthole.
- can be used with air-rotary tri-cone, downhole hammers and all types of top hammer drills (surface and underground);
- reduces re-drills;
- eleminates regrinding of cuttings, thus creating bigger chips for sampling purposes;
- leaves a sticky, neatly stacked cuttings pile that is not prone to sloughing prior to loading the hole;
- acts as a dust suppressant and reduces wind blown fines;
- allows blastholes to be fully loaded, helping to optimize blasting operations.
ES Thread Compound
Is a unique formulation that provides excellent protection against thread wear, galling and seizing and is designed for tool joints, drill collars and rotary shouldered connections. It is ideal for mineral exploration drilling projects where samples uncontaminated by heavy metals are required, and groundwater contamination is of concern to the mining company.
1560 XS Foam
A high-quality, environmentally safe surfactant (foamer) with exceptional solids-carrying capacity developed for use in diamond, rotary, and water well drilling operations.
Hi-Pro 4000 Copper Coat
Hi Pro 4000 Thread Lubricant (lead free) is formulated with micro size copper flakes. Additional additives give the product extreme pressure performance and greater lubricity. Contains compounds that have tremendous loading ability under all temperature ranges form below 00F to over 15000F (-180C to 8160C). The metallic compounds are blended into a nonflammable lubricant that exceeds API working parameters.
Hi Pro 4000 is formulated to prevent down-hole makeup, even when excessive drilling torques are required. This helps to prevent galling and ensures ease of breakout.
An excellent drill pipe and drill collar compound provides a positive seal on rotary shoulder connections under all drilling conditions while preventing galling.
Hi Pro 4000 has proven to be extremely reliable in underground boring applications. This environmentally friendly formula makes for ease of breakout.
As an anti-seize compound it is used on fittings, flanges, tubing, coupling, gauges, studs, nipples, nuts, pipe threads, unions, pipe reducers, screws and valves. Can be used on power screws, sleeves, tool ways and guides, packing in U-joints, cams, dies and punches, taps and drills, lathe centers, drive chains, rod ends bearings, gears, cables, as a wire line dressing and on all tool joints.
As a high temperature lubricant it may be used on all threaded connections, flange connections, engine connections, heat exchangers, autoclaves, manifolds, ovens, boilers, cylinder heads, turbines, and burner heads. It is not recommended for stainless steel fittings where the temperature exceeds 5000F (2600C).
